The room was nice with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. There were convenient amenities like a microwave, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator. The staff were all competent and excellent. The hotel's location was peaceful and exceptionally nice.

It has marvellous and fantastic position in the Terrell area.

Our double room had a king-sized bed and a bathtub. We had a microwave and a fridge in the room. The location in Terrell was peaceful and nice, and conveniently close to Dallas, Terrell, and Texas for business. The pool was clean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Seemed like sofa was just put in room not set up properly and TV not centered in front of bed.

My reservation didn't go thru, so instead of the price from Booked.net I had to pay full price and had to stay in a smoking room. We were miserable all nite.

The hotel is clean and located in a nice building close to Texas, many stores, and Terrell. The check-in process was friendly, and the room was clean with convenient amenities like a microwave and free WiFi. It also includes a microwave and a fridge.

Swimming pool, wifi. Willing to reprogram the tv so we could get different channels. Help was friendly.and motel was good for the price.

Could have had more choices for breakfast. Bed was the usual hard hotel bed that I can't sleep on, and they did not have a first floor room as requested so the stairs were somewhat difficult for me. Also had the typical hotel remote for tv which doesn't have a menu so you can tell what programs are on or what they are about. Bathroom fan very noisy.

NO eggs, waffles were good.

Room was NASTY. Mold in Shower, and A/C. A/C was pulled lose from wall. Blanket on bed smelled terrible. TV remote didn't work. Room smelled very musty. Breakfast bar fridg. had dust and muck on top you could write your name on it. Will NEVER stay here again.

The location here is wonderful, being so close to Texas and many stores it's perfect for business travelers.

Location: the hotel was close enough to Texas, Terrell, and many stores. The room I had was brand-new and clean even with a mostly-full facility and the staff was excellent! I had a fine experience and would stay here again.

The room was brand-new. the staff were really helpful during our stay. - the location was incredible, just next door to restaurants, many stores, and Texas on business. - the whole experience was perfectly pleasant.

The place was quite clean, the staff was friendly, and it's conveniently located in a good area, with a Tanger Outlet just a mile away.

Very friendly front desk staff and very helpful. Clean rooms.
